Managing user access to Client files

To control user access per Client file:

If you are adding a new user, please see this article

If you are updating an existing user's Client access rights:

When you are on your main client list screen, click on the Settings button (Gear Icon) on the top right and then click on the “Manage Users” option.



Click on the user's Client Access link you would like to amend:



Amend access via the tick boxes on the left and save accordingly:




Note: You are also able to allocate company access from within the client file itself from the Startup menu:



OR via the Client Setup menu:
