Draftworx Cloud: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Learn how to enhance security in Draftworx Cloud with step-by-step guidance on setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Updated at October 7th, 2026

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring not just your password but also a second form of verification in this case a code sent to your phone. This means that even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can’t access your account without the second factor. 2FA helps protect your sensitive information from hackers, phishing attacks, and unauthorized access, keeping your data safe and secure.

Understanding Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an Authentication app

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using your Email

Resetting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

With the rapid rise of sophisticated AI-driven phishing and credential attacks, passwords alone are no longer considered sufficient protection and 2FA has become a standard security measure for services dealing with confidential and financial data. 2FA adds an important extra layer of security so that even if a password is compromised, an attacker would still need access to your second verification method to gain access to your account.

If you would still like us to disable 2FA, please send us the request in writing on the company’s letterhead, confirming that you understand this will reduce the security on your account and you still want us to proceed, also please specify the email address for which 2FA should be disabled. Please note the letter should be signed by a director or partner in the company.

The email can be sent to support@draftworx.com. Once we receive that letter we can then disable 2FA on your account.
